La d\u00e9monstration se d\u00e9roule dans le cadre chaleureux et bois\u00e9 du restaurant, permettant aux visiteurs d’observer chaque \u00e9tape, du chauffage du lait dans un grand chaudron de cuivre au caillage, en passant par le d\u00e9coupage \u00e0 l’aide d’une harpe \u00e0 fromage et le moulage du fromage. Le fromage est ensuite affin\u00e9 en cave pendant 5 \u00e0 6 mois avant d’\u00eatre pr\u00eat<\/p>
